Professional, approachable & client focused

I'm a RICS qualified residential surveyor and a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association). Since I gained my surveying qualifications and RICS membership I have been working as a surveyor inspecting properties of varying style, condition and age.

I've been working closely with property and people for over 30 years and feel this depth of experience broadens my offering to the surveying industry and to my clients.

I produce in-depth, easy to read and accurate level 2 and level 3 home surveys in good time, ensuring that the home buying process isn’t delayed. I have an approachable style and pride myself on effectively communicating the important highlights in what can often be very complicated, lengthy and technical reports.

Research told me two things; firstly that surveyors are often not particularly approachable, and secondly that there is often a lack of support and communication once the report has been issued. I have tailored my service and style to take on board this feedback, resulting in a more personable and communicative client-experience.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry which covers residential building surveys, valuations, the residential property market and property insurance where I was a member of the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute).

I live in a lovely village in the South Cotswolds called ‘Uley’ with my wife, two kids, two cats and ‘Lady Darcy’, our eldest daughter’s pony who seems to take up a lot of the family leisure time. We are very active in village life where I’m a parish councillor and chairman of the village cricket team.
