RICS Home Survey Level 2
A RICS Home Survey Level Two provides an extensive assessment of the condition of a property. This survey report includes all the information covered by a valuation, along with maintenance advice and guidance on any defects that may adversely affect the property’s value.
It’s a full survey suitable for most types of houses, bungalows or flats, including new build properties in reasonable condition and constructed from common building materials.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you’re buying an older, larger or more developed property or are planning major works, then a RICS Home Survey Level Three is recommended. This level of property survey is the most comprehensive survey and gives a better understanding of the value of the home.
It provides an in-depth assessment of the construction and structural integrity of a property, along with building surveyor guidance on defects, contingencies, remediation and ongoing maintenance.
Drone photography
Utilising a drone allows us to view sections of the roof, chimney stacks, roof valleys and rainwater goods that a standard survey won't from a ground floor inspection, we can inspect areas more closely helping us give you more tailored advice and early diagnosis of a defect.
Our drone photos are carried out alongside our Home Buyer reports at no extra cost and subject to weather conditions, location and any particualar obstacles. We carry out an agile risk assessment on arrival at the property.
